Located on Rt.302 nearly opposite Hannaford grocery store are the Lily Pad Apartments (we love all manner of flowers, but especially lilies!). Recently remodeled, each apartment has its own character and charm. Whether you want the one bedroom artist loft with vaulted ceiling, the two floor quaintness and skylights of the ell, or the huge square footage, country kitchen, pine floors and two bedroom apartment in the front, there's something here for every taste.
If you're a commuter, you're just a mile from the 55MPH run to Naples and beyond. If you're heading the other way, Harrison is a straight 5 mile shot up Rt. 117. Then again, if you want to stay in town, you can walk through to the beach at the other end of Bridgton in under 20 minutes. That makes you within walking distance of Renys, Firefly Boutique, the Magic Lantern, the library, art Gallery 302, museums, and an assortment of eating places and pubs. The huge breakfasts at the Morning Glory are just a few steps away from your door.
Rent includes heat, off-street parking, snow removal and trash removal. Two of the apartments include electricity and in three apartments the electricity is extra.
